You have had the bike fit, you have read every article on how to increase power, loose weight and increase endurance but you have now hit a plateau in your training. Or maybe you have a big sportive you want to excel at or a race you want to win?
Having someone by your side with 15 years worth of training/riding experience and racing knowledge will kick start anyone’s training! I feel the best people to learn from are the people that have been there done it and got the t-shirt as they have made the mistakes and done the hours of training and made the sacrifices to achieve their goals. Over the last two years and since stopping high level cycling it’s given me more time to ride with your every day cyclist that is just as passionate as a pro and has aspirations of riding grueling sportive or riding a mountainous stage of the tour. I soon realised I could help certain individuals that have heavy work loads and busy family lives to achieve their goals and present a clear and realistic plan that delivers results. Most peoples lifestyles do not allow them to keep to a strict plan. Some may already have plans that need some guidance and a nudge in the right direction. I have a varied mix of clients that I look after and they range from 20 years old to 60 years of age and all have excelled!
To get the ball rolling I feel it’s best to get to know the client face to face either on a relaxed ride or relaxed chat to plan out and create a tailor made plan that takes in to consideration your lifestyle.
The road to success is challenging but having me by your side will make this journey a whole less confusing.
All abilities are catered for, whether you’re just starting out road cycling, or have an event you want to peak for. Call and book your bespoke session or monthly plan.
- 1.5 hrs training session
- 1.5 hrs training session, consultation with written evaluation
- 1.5 hrs training session, consultation, written evaluation and 2 month training plan
- 2 hours bunch riding, training session for safety and performance (2-4 riders)
